Trinity Vintage & Furniture was initially set up in 2010 when the Proprietor, Dr Andy Fox, returned to the UK from living in the Sultanate Oman, where he was Furniture and Joinery Specialist & Client Representative to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos & His Royal Estates. The main Project being the Royal Opera House Joinery & Furnishings in the Capital Muscat, among many Royal Projects.

Andy has been involved with the Furniture Industry in the UK and overseas for more than 40 years and has a BSc Degree in Furniture Production and Management (from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College, High Wycombe), an MSc Higher Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems (from Brunel University Dept. of Manufacturing and Engineering Systems) and a PhD in Design for Sustainable Manufacturing (from Brunel University London, Design School).

Previously with the Parker Knoll Furniture Group as an Industrial Engineer and Works Manager he then went on to spend 17 years as a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University, where he wrote and led the BSc(Hons) Furniture Manufacture & Design and the Diploma in Professional Development, while also lecturing on the BA (Hons) Furniture Design & Craftsmanship, BA(Hons) Furniture Restoration and Craftsmanship & MA Furniture Design & Technology Courses.

Andy was also a Manufacturing Consultant for a number of UK companies, including Underwood Kitchens, Lacaze, Stoneforce Joinery & Intervari. He also undertook retail technologist training with NEXT and M&S.

Andrew is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers and was awarded the 'Freedom of the City of London', for training contributions to the UK Furniture Manufacturing Industry.
